About Ralph Cissne

Morgan was my mother’s maiden name. Our work honors the collective spirit of my parents and America’s greatest generation from which they came. Born in Long Beach, California into a military family, I came of age in Oklahoma where I learned the value of hard work and the satisfaction of helping others. My mother and father were extraordinary characters, and great storytellers, whose parents and grandparents came to the heartland to create a better life.

I acknowledge the many mentors, personal and professional, who have contributed to my life experience – family and teachers, friends and business associates, my son and grandchildren, students I have mentored. Early on I learned valuable lessons from Scouting, the love of sports and ultimately golf, the business in which I worked during high school and college. In my career I’ve enjoyed the honor of representing many innovative companies, large and small, and individual artists, helping share their stories and manifesting their vision into the reality of success.

Professional Experience: Extensive agency background in B2C and B2B marketing, promotion, and public relations serving diverse product, retail, financial, industrial, and real estate clients. Consulting practice began developing sales and marketing strategies for early-stage companies including StairMaster Sports/Medical Products, which became an international phenomenon. Cissne created StairMaster branding and managed marketing and communications from zero to $30+ million annual sales in 1992. Developed successful marketing programs for many leading health and fitness companies including Randal Sports/Medical, Paramount Fitness, American Service Finance, MYE Technologies, Enercise, Sportsmith, eFit Financial, and bioDensity.

Creative Credits: Author of Prudence in Hollywood (2019), Angel City Singles (2018), Don’t Be Shy (2015), Claim to Fame (2015), and Will of Golf: Mastering the Mind-Body Connection (2001). An award-winning poet, Cissne’s short story publications include American Way and Playboy.
